Provision of Tax-, Accounting- and HR- (Pay Roll) Services in Poland

In the coming years, the CL intends to build up or expand production capacities in the fields of renewables in the photovoltaic and wind power sectors. The intention, in this context, is in addition to already existing projects to develop further independent projects, acquire ongoing projects or to support projects of other project developers or to develop projects in cooperation with them and, if necessary, to participate in them. The intention is to generate a large number of special purpose vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "SPVs") and ,if necessary, also some shelf companies in Poland, particularly in the photovoltaic sector, for which tax and accounting services will then be required. Furthermore to tax and accounting services, Uniper Renewables Poland sp. z.o.o. also requires HR (payroll) services. As further projects may be added to existing projects, these services are not required in full in Poland from the outset. The services described in the specifications attached to this invitation to tender are to be provided on call according to actual demand.
