Advisory and operational support in navigating the German distance learning regulatory landscape, particularly with regard to compliance with the Fernunterricht Protection Act (FernUSG) and approval processes administered by the Zentralstelle für Fernunterricht (ZFU). The engagement will focus on assessing existing trainings in our catalogue, identifying which fall under ZFU jurisdiction, and supporting their preparation, submission, and certification. The selected provider will also establish workflows and advisory services for ongoing compliance and future training submissions.

Contractual and Marketing Review 4. Submission Preparation and Support 5. Liaison and Follow-up with ZFU 6. Certification Lifecycle Planning 7. Risk Monitoring and Policy Updates 8. Internal Enablement and Knowledge Transfer 9. Integration with ERMAcademy and EAMAcademy Quality Systems By securing ZFU approvals, EIT RawMaterials will ensure access to German learner audiences, enhance trust and transparency, and ensure full regulatory alignment in one of the EU"s largest lifelong learning markets. The firm or professional will not only help mitigate legal and reputational risks, but also play a strategic role in enabling the academies' long-term scalability in Germany.
