Offshore Substation Maintenance Steelstructure

The scope of work comprises the repair of corrosion protection and other maintenance activities on the steel structure of the offshore substation. Coating repairs include damaged areas on the ceiling construction of the spider deck, cellar deck, mezzanine deck, and main deck, as well as on the jacket structure above the waterline and selected spot repairs. In 2026, these works will specifically cover the repair of containers on various decks, as well as coating activities on the jacket structure, spider deck, and other designated areas that will be defined later. Special projects in 2026 shall include the refurbishment of the helideck and the replacement of seawater cooling pipes. Maintenance works also include annual inspections of the steel structure above the waterline, with a focus on gratings, railings, staircases, ladders, and a selected number of containers. Further tasks comprise bolt replacements, repair of flange seals, and continued attention to key components such as the main staircase from the main deck to the helideck and the J-tube flanges at the gangway level of the jacket structure.
