The "Resilient Caribbean Communities" (RCC) project is a climate change adaptation project funded by the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection (BMUV) through the International Climate Initiative (IKI). The project is led by Welthungerhilfe (WHH) from Santo Domingo and is implemented by six partners in six regions in Haiti, the Dominican Republic and Cuba over a period of eight years. Bioeco is the main project partner in Cuba where it implements the project in close coordination with Upsa.
